Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Personalized items may take longer to produce; in such cases, you will be informed by email.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

United States
– DHL Express
– Estimated delivery: 4–5 business days (excl. order processing) to reach U.S. customs
– Shipping cost: $70 USD, calculated at checkout
Canada
– DHL Express
– Estimated delivery: 3–4 business days (excl. order processing) to reach Canadian customs
– Shipping cost: $99 CAD, calculated at checkout
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customers outside the European Union (“international customers”) are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
VAT is not charged at checkout. Customers outside the EU may be required to pay local VAT and import fees upon delivery.
Delays and Damages
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs, or holidays.
We take great care in packing your order securely to help protect it during shipping. Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier, and KOSTIVA cannot be held responsible for delays or damages in transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please reach out directly to the carrier. We’ll be happy to provide any details or documentation needed to support your claim.
